Work Experience
Collaborated with the team to conduct user research, including interviews and competitor analysis, translating findings into unified design solutions that aligned with user needs, and business goals, and improved product usability.
Partnered with the founder to develop a social media content strategy roadmap and designed a SAAS platform prototype for the Patient Support Program (Insight Library), increasing awareness, improving data accessibility, enriching KPI visualisation, and refining data analysis for strategic decision-making.
Successfully launched two redesigned web products for Macquarie University & Growth Team, collaborated with 18 designers and actively managed internal team dynamics and project milestones through effective communication.
Volunteering
Collaborated with the Executive Director to develop and implement strategic content initiatives, enhancing global awareness for shark conservation while optimising the organisation's online presence through WordPress customisation and consistent brand representation.
