I participated in the inaugural cohort (GH01) of twenty people worldwide, sharing their perspectives as early DAO builders. Several members of Seedclub, the Web3 accelerator, organized and led the four-week, application-only program. The schedule consisted of synchronous meetings three days a week complemented by readings devoted to a central Web3 theme for each week: community, token models, leadership & decision-making, and media & marketing. One synchronous session each week included a guest speaker who was a domain expert for that week's theme. I participated as a contributing member of the Early Majority DAO.
