Designed, developed, and implemented effective e-Learning modules as material for training. Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders on writing training material for both face to face and blended learning environments.

Designed process maps for the Finance & Accounting Team and for the Student Lifecycle Domain. These process maps are being used as documentation for the digital transformation of the university's processes. Tool used was Microsoft Visio and notation used was BPMN.
