About

I am a digital product designer with five years experience embedded in world-class product teams, mainly at Atlassian.

As a designer, I take a question-forward approach to get to the root of the problem, and then approach solutions holistically and thoroughly. Others have also described me as detailed and a good collaborator, and I'm a big fan of diagramming and prototyping to move the conversation forward.

Projects

2021

I lead a three-day vision workshop, then brought my peers along in crafting the story and concept designs which would serve as our North star.

2021

I lead design on a new social feature in Confluence, taking a scrappy, iterative approach with my PM to get feedback early and often.

2019

I took design from research to deployment for a content management feature, gated per Confluence edition

Writing

2023

The design standup: occasional home to colorful Kanban boards and perpetual home to exacting coffee standards. But how, amidst all the designer stereotypes we know and love, do we make it a good meeting? Can it be anything more than a status update?
