  • Worked with the design team on the first version of the marketing website.
  • Conducted generative research and usability testing.
  • Created user need stories to help guide the product roadmap and company strategy.

A startup putting better health in your hands.

  • As the first Content Designer, I focused on embedding content design into the end-to-end design process.
  • Developed the brand’s tone of voice, along with a style guide — the outcome was a digital health product that still had a human feel.
  • Worked in parallel with design, engineering, research and clinical — UX is a team sport.

Raising Children Network is an Australian website that translates scientific parenting information into everyday language.

An evidence-based behavioural change programme in schools to promote healthy eating.

  • Held workshops that ran through the key components of successful behavioural change
  • Educate the schools on the benefits of eating fruit and vegetables
  • Worked with teachers to incorporate the programme into their curriculum
  • Collected feedback from schools and shared how the programme could be improved with governing bodies
