- Led design efforts for the successful launch of NuLife’s Mobile App, Web Portal, & Client Facing Website.
- Worked in partnership with cross-divisional teams & senior leaders, considering all aspects of user experience & business goals to coordinate & deliver design, prototype, documentation, & strategy.
- Conducted user interviews & usability tests to gain insight on the products’ performance for experience improvements.
- Consulted with CEO & stakeholders, & audited the existing products to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Established the company’s design system & redesigned the Mobile App in collaboration with the development team.
Met with clients to learn their ideal result of the final product, guided them through possibilities or limitations, & created finished designs for digital & physical products.
Education
UX Design Immersive — 12-week, full-time career accelerator focused on user research, testing methodologies, & design best practices. Completed 500+ hours of learning fundamental skills & tools to become a UX Designer including research & data synthesis methods, rapid prototyping, & wireframing.
