I'm a curious and committed individual who aims to promote the value of design within companies. Throughout my career, I've worked as a user experience and interface designer in the realm of digital products, gaining experience in consultancy as well as various sectors such as finance, healthcare, education, insurance, e-commerce, among others. I've had the opportunity to engage in end-to-end projects, encompassing all stages of product development, which has allowed me to understand different team perspectives and foster better collaboration.
One of my strengths lies in identifying deficiencies and potential issues within products. I employ various methodologies and processes to uncover the needs and challenges of both businesses and users. My objective is to ensure that the solutions I propose have a significant impact.

Work Experience
As a Product Designer at Tigo Money, I spearheaded critical initiatives to comprehend user needs across six countries. My approach centered around being the genuine voice of users at every stage, influencing design, business, and product decisions
I lead the Design System initiative, guiding participatory workshops from the initial audit to defining design principles, taking into account variations across different countries. In the initial stage, we emphasize the importance of accessibility and inclusion. Our next step involves jointly guiding the construction of components and tokens with developers and stakeholders
Implementation of an internal design team documentation structure that expands collaboration with development and stakeholders, enhancing internal efficiency and strengthening cohesion between teams
Direct collaboration with stakeholders to identify improvements through UX/UI consultancy in the Diagnostikare product, focused on providing immediate medical attention.
Co-created the Design System in collaboration with the Design Ops Manager, contributing to the definition of design standards and components to ensure consistency and efficiency across products.
Actively participated in defining and design workflows, ensuring alignment with established business rules for the Albo platform for business.
Developed strategies and facilitated workshops to establish a community of developers seeking to enhance their technical and soft skills, with the aim of assisting them in finding improved job opportunities.

This master's program has a strongly theoretical-practical character, aiming for students to develop a producer profile based on universal design, WCAG-W3C accessibility criteria, and current regulations within LATAM and the European framework.
