This is a main website for the organization that sees ~10k visits/week. My responsibilities for this project include—
- Helped align key stakeholders over direction of the website.
- Set overall direction of the site, including layout and designs.
- Designed reusable components for other designers and developers to use in building out the site.

Re-brand and website launch

Released a free Framer & Rive template to the community. Contains a few cool items:

- Helped the early design phase for three key products. Helped design the UI and mapped out the UX to help align stakeholders.
- Active participant in stakeholder meetings. Helped push agenda along to align on clear goal or resolution. 
- Led design team in user testing and research in how illustrations and motion designs impact brand. Coordinated company-wide efforts and workflow in integrating motion and animation to all levels (from web to native apps). 
- Worked on a motion piece that got displayed at NY Times Square.

Senior Designer

Worked part-time on high-profile projects—
- Led design efforts in merging two core apps for a client. Talked to different constituents to discover clear use-cases (and gaps within current app). Created a design system while designed the app from the ground up to address issues, while also delivering new features.
- Led efforts in re-branding and redesigning the main website (~10k page-views/week) and its sister site. Set overall direction, and created design system to make both sites consistent-yet-different. Aligned main stakeholders to key objectives and priorities. Led a small team of designers and developers in building it all out.
- Worked on two fully immersive websites. I worked closely with stakeholders to determine the goals, then led a small UX team to lay out the designs. Through rounds of feedback and user-testing, I worked closely with other departments (dev, video, graphic design, illustrators) to finish the job.
