Creative Jams are an event series combining inspiring talks by local creative professionals with a design competition. With a focus on UX Design, teams of two were given the theme "Better Together" and had 3 hours to design an iOS app using Adobe XD. My team created an app called "Sabor" that helps you pair unique flavors to explore new recipes and order ingredients.

Currently working on Risk management. Previously led design on the banking integrations team building new features and experiences to help customers manage their bank accounts and money movement.

Mclean, VA

Product designer on the commercial card team focused on the payments space for B2B transactions. Design experiences and interfaces for the commercial card platform utilizing research, analytics, and our design system OMNI. Lead design critique and review sessions.

2018 — 2019
Arlington, VA

Led a team of designers, researchers, and content strategists. Developed UX strategy and product roadmaps. Managed the design system, branding, team resources, hiring, and career development for the design team.

Introduced a design system and teamed with developers to ensure consistent UX and design via brand guidelines and a component library. Led sprint planning, managed design team capacity, and improved team processes. Managed hiring efforts for designers.

Collaborated with a team of developers, product managers, and designers to add/improve product features, build landing pages, increase site conversion, and deliver a consistent user experience for multiple screens. Helped lead company rebrand. Scaled team from one to three designers.
