Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product offerings and make a significant impact on our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with a focus on B2B SaaS products, and a passion for building products that people love. The candidate should be a self-starter with a "get things done" attitude, ready to lead and lay the foundation of the product organization at Valley.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap, setting high-level goals for business growth and product success.

  • Work closely with the engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch new features and enhancements.

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and business opportunities.

  • Prioritize product opportunities using criteria and requirements defined during research.

  • Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution.

  • Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.

  • Communicate product plans, benefits and results to all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with the founders to bring the product vision to life and to our users.

  • Lead and inspire a team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in product lifecycle management.

  • Background in software development and program management is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Attention to details.

  • Experience with conversion rate analysis, product-led growth, and usage-based pricing is a plus.

  • Familiarity with AI and ML technologies is desirable.

  • Experience in a high-growth venture-backed B2B SaaS company

  • Strong understanding and appreciation of design principles and the impact of good design.

  • Proven ability to ruthlessly prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
