We're on a mission to help moms have healthier babies. A couple example statistics that we're trying to remedy that are truly alarming are that nearly 40% of women on Medicaid have inadequate prenatal care, and that the US has a >2X higher rate of maternal deaths than any other high-income country. The statistics are far worse when looking at Black women.

We're looking to hire a founding product designer to build out our user experience as well as the look/ feel of our application. You'll work closely with our Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing, Clinical, and Partnerships teams to build exceptional products and user experiences. You will also have substantial opportunities to drive end-to-end design decisions, conduct user research, and help ship products.

You'll be expected to lead design for our patient-facing application as well as our clinician-facing one from day one, and shape our care experience from first to Nth interaction.
