Requirements & Nice To Have Skills

• 2+ years full-time experience in a role involving prototyping, product design, experimental development or similar tasks in Unity (bonus: experience working with Oculus SDK)

• You have an eye for design and an appetite for designing tangible solutions to future-facing problems

• Demonstrated experience conducting and synthesizing market and user research

• Demonstrated experience building for AR/VR in Unity (bonus: experience working with Oculus SDK)

• Strong Unity fundamentals, including but not limited to proficiency in C#, animation chops & familiarity with shaders and UI

• Ability to present eloquently and weigh tradeoffs in discussions with cross-functional technical partners and executive stakeholders

• You have in-depth knowledge of AR/VR best practices and have used XR creation tools such as Playbook, ShapesXR, Gravity Sketch, Adobe Medium, Microsoft Maquette,... in design/development pipelines

• You’re more than comfortable creating and optimizing 2D and 3D assets (bonus: Figma and Blender are tools of choice)

• You're deeply passionate about the HCI & AR/VR space and you care about great tools to empower creative people
