What is your team mission?

We’re on the precipice of a gold rush in spatial computing. Hardware advancements have accelerated, but the software patterns we’ve accumulated over the past several decades need to be rethought. Playbook is the designer's tool for extended reality.

Share an interesting side project from a team member

Skylar and JD met as classmates at the Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine Academy at USC where they worked closely with will.i.am on FYI, a productivity platform for creatives technologists.

JD created AR Playdates, an augmented reality play table to connect families over Covid. Skylar shipped several narrative XR experiences for Oculus, Xbox, and Google while at Ayzenberg and Baobab Studios.
