About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Director of Product Design to lead, shape, and inspire our Flagship Product Team. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of design across our product suite, with a focus on delivering world-class user experiences that empower real estate entrepreneurs. Your leadership will drive how design influences the future of the real estate industry by giving agents the tools they need to build their brand, grow their business, and expand their network.
This role requires someone who is comfortable setting the strategy and acting as a multiplier for the team while also being able to get into the weeds and execute when necessary. You’ll shape long-term design vision, solve complex design challenges, and support the team through critical project milestones.

The Design Opportunity
As Director of Product Design, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding the evolution of our platform through design. This opportunity is unique in several ways:

Position
Key responsibilities

Act as a multiplier by empowering your team to perform at their best while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and execute when necessary.

Set and drive the design vision, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to deliver exceptional design outcomes.

Own the end-to-end design process, from strategy and concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution.

Establish and optimize frameworks for Design Operations, including project management, team rituals and design critiques, workflow processes, and hiring strategies to ensure smooth operations and scalability across the team.
What we're looking for

Proven experience in leading product design teams, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.

A strong portfolio that demonstrates high-quality design work, strategic thinking, and end-to-end product design.

Expertise in Figma and other design tools, including experience with design systems across multiple products.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in mobile-first design.

A passion for creating intuitive, impactful user experiences in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Interest or experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
