We want to alleviate the suffering for millions of young Americans during a national mental health crisis. We’re starting with building an AI pet that you take care of through self-care.

Our team has a track-record of building some of the most iconic consumer products like Bloom (1.5+ million members). We’re a super small team and keep a high bar for execution.

The Role: Founding Product Designer

We're seeking a visionary product designer to join our founding team. This is an unparalleled opportunity to shape a product that's making a real difference in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of our mobile application, creating intuitive and emotionally resonant user experiences.

• Collaborate closely with engineering to bring designs to life through delightful animations and interactions.

• Develop a cohesive visual language for Callie.

• Conduct user research and apply insights to continuously improve our product.

• Contribute to product strategy and feature ideation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Past experience with designing consumer apps. This includes designing intuitive self-care features, creating expressive pet animations that respond to user actions, and developing a mood-adaptive color palette.

• Experience with animation and motion design (knowledge of Lottie/Rive is a plus).

• Understanding of React Native constraints and opportunities.

• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, After Effects, etc.).

• Experience in gaming interfaces or virtual pet design is a significant plus.
