### The Role: Founding Product Designer

We're seeking a visionary product designer to join our founding team. This is an unparalleled opportunity to shape a product that's making a real difference in people's lives.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design of our mobile application, creating intuitive and emotionally resonant user experiences.

* Collaborate closely with engineering to bring designs to life through delightful animations and interactions.

* Develop a cohesive visual language for Callie.

* Conduct user research and apply insights to continuously improve our product.

* Contribute to product strategy and feature ideation.

### Preferred Qualifications

* Past experience with designing consumer apps. This includes designing intuitive self-care features, creating expressive pet animations that respond to user actions, and developing a mood-adaptive color palette.

* Experience with animation and motion design (knowledge of Lottie/Rive is a plus).

* Understanding of React Native constraints and opportunities.

* Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, After Effects, etc.).

* Experience in gaming interfaces or virtual pet design is a significant plus.
