Maaloptijd is a platform that enables customers to easily order catering online from local establishments. I led branding, web, mobile, and marketing designs to create an end-to-end discovery and ordering experience.
Challenge:
Existing options charged caterers high commissions, shrinking already narrow margins. Low-commission platforms had poor experiences driving low adoption. There was a need for an optimized solution balancing business viability with an engaging ordering experience.
