Overview:

Maaloptijd is a platform that enables customers to easily order catering online from local establishments. I led branding, web, mobile, and marketing designs to create an end-to-end discovery and ordering experience.

Challenge:

Existing options charged caterers high commissions, shrinking already narrow margins. Low-commission platforms had poor experiences driving low adoption. There was a need for an optimized solution balancing business viability with an engaging ordering experience.

Process:

After researching pain points, I designed the brand, web, and mobile experiences focused on driving adoption through convenience and quality. The strategic approach minimizes provider commissions while maximizing functionality.
