HIIT workouts burn calories due to the afterburn effect, allowing a person to burn up to 500 calories in just 30 minutes of training. This inspired the title for the series. A promo workout lasts 30 minutes, while a full-length, one-time workout lasts 45 minutes, and I calculated the calories for the package names accordingly.
