I possess strong leadership skills, having managed a department of over 30 people across multiple locations.
I research, write, and promote content related to fashion, beauty, movies & TV, culture & arts, food, and travel. This position requires knowledge of SEO optimization and social media savvy to produce content that people will share, like, and recommend online. I have a good understanding of the architecture of both a well-written article and an effective title. I am meticulous about being grammatically correct and spotting spelling mistakes.
I also work with visual content. I have a solid understanding of the psychology behind advertising and know what visual content appeals to a broad readership.
I built a creative department from scratch, growing it to 15 office workers and 20 freelancers from Ukraine and the United States.
I worked with creative and marketing teams to brainstorm direct response advertising headlines that achieve the highest click-through rates. I also collaborated closely with sales and media buying departments to understand the drivers of customer interaction and conversion. Additionally, I established a robust multi-location collaboration process between the sales and creative teams to develop concepts that meet the aims and demands of current and prospective customers.
I was responsible for creating and overseeing ads for numerous brands, including MTV UK, Dailymotion, Glamour, and GQ.

Projects
When the buzz around AI-generated images and artworks began, I was eager to try it on one of my projects. I wrote an article titled "Swapping The Groove: 14 Music Legends That Exist In A Parallel Universe" and accompanied it with AI images generated in Midjourney. This resulted in numerous shares on social media from our audience.
All the photos were taken by me. In 2015, it was among the top articles in the Travel category for a while.
