Work Experience
A free browser extension that allows every user to browse Web3 safely. The extension is based on ML and protects users from web3 scams by auditing transactions and detecting phishing websites.
• Pioneered UI/UX and visual design from start for the first Web3 Antivirus browser extension that allows each user to safely browse in Web3 and avoid scams and fraud;
• Reached 11,000 users across Chrome, Edge, and Firefox during 7 months of open beta, releasing a new version every month;
• Based on user reviews, competitor and cross-industry analysis, suggested modifications to designs, simplified interactions and complex data;
• Brainstormed and leaded ideas with company CEO and engineers;
• Created assets & communication system for worldwide event series (NFT Paris, ETH Denver, Consensus by CoinDesk);
• Collaborated with the marketing department to develop pitch desks, social media posts, banner ads, animations, and other marketing materials to increase traffic and conversion rate;
• Took a leading role in cross-department conflict negotiation.
My previous responsibilities were expanded after I was promoted:
• Provided 1:1 mentorship to two junior designers across two projects, reviewed the design work, helped with a career change with PDP that improved designers' performance;
• Interacted closely with various departments and had design discussions, gaining a solid understanding of how a well-structured and well-researched design can influence the businesses we work with;
• Conducted education meetings with the design team. We met every two to three months;
• Prepared documents for the design department, including roles, skillset, profile, how to provide a review, and adaptation files.
I’ve been working on complex design solutions, user flows, high-fidelity mockups and data visualization for websites, web and mobile apps. Mainly focused on B2C in Web3, Fintech and Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gathered requirements from product owners, business analysts, and clients;
• Created user flows, information architectures, wireframes and interactive prototypes;

• Developed the design system for a corporate website including redesigning approximately 100+ UI components, and created 60+ final pages to unify visual elements across the entire site, saved us 50% of designers' and developers' time, and increased conversion rates by 20%.
I designed 7 websites for clients in beauty, commercial transport, lighting production, interior design, gas suppliers, processing, and SaaS.
• Executed all stages of visual design from concept to final handoff (Information Architecture, wireframing, and building UI for desktop and mobile);
• Provided moodboards and references with its value and solutions;
• Developed and animated websites using Tilda.
With my design solutions and testing, I was able to increase conversion rates by 5-15% on the landing pages of the top-5 Belarusian banks.
• Researched users and competitors, mapped Jobs to Be Done and Customer Journey Mapping, and designed an information architecture based on these findings;
• Identified consumer pain points and low-performing areas of the site using A/B tests, site metrics, and sales conversion funnels.
