I’m the Swiss Army knife of operations. I've led operations for design teams in a variety of environments including in-house tech companies and agency-side.
I have a passion for helping creatives work more effectively and efficiently by figuring out “how” they will get the work done so that they can spend more time focusing on “what” needs to get done. Operations is both an art and a science and I enjoy balancing both to make sure that the solution fits the problem.
