Very Big Things Projects
Below is a collection of some of the many projects I've worked on during my time at Very Big Things. The projects I've chosen are some which I've played a crucial role in. Of course, great things are not made alone, so special thanks to my manager and mentor at the time, Renato Lopez, and all other designers, product managers, and engineers who've helped along the way.
Brevity
Summary
Brevity is a concierge-inspired travel iOS application built to serve travelers with customized luxury experiences. I had the pleasure of helping improve their booking and itinerary experience for their travelers.

Discovery
During the discovery phase, I took the lead in conducting user surveys, providing valuable insights into the preferences of fellow travelers. Surprisingly, 73% of respondents expressed enjoyment in the trip-planning research process, which led to designs that were tailored to personal customization and the appreciation of the travel-planning phase.

Cryptoys
Summary
Cryptoys is an NFT native digital platform crafting fully interactive collectibles, play-to-earn games, and next-level interactive experiences. My role helped contribute to Cryptoys' $23M partnership
with Mattel 🥳
Payment flow
As the lead product designer, my primary goal for this specific project with Cryptoys was to design a payment and checkout process that set the foundation for all of Cryptoys' future blockchain purchases, ensuring a smooth and secure transaction process in the web3 space.

Other projects
During my time working with the Cryptoys' team, I was grateful to have worked on other interesting projects such as designing the community marketplace, creating the top-up and withdrawal flows for collectors with personal cryptocurrency wallets, and rebuilding the component library with strategic and technical file management techniques.

Health Records for Online Dating
Summary
This application provides safety for online dating. Users can exchange age, sex & reputation with verifiable records. I helped design the first iteration of this product. Special thanks to Daniela Stolk, another product designer whom I collaborated with closely during this project.

Internal workshops
With a team of 10+ designers, it's important to prioritize learning and growing together. During my time at VBT, I helped educate the teams on the newest Figma features at the time, variants and properties, by creating a workshop slide deck.
