PROJECT SUMMARY:
Reimagined the traditional banking experience by designing a user-friendly digital teller app for Apple TV that brings personalized banking services directly into users’ homes. The goal was to create a seamless, intuitive experience that meets every banking need without the hassle of visiting a physical branch.
MY ROLE:
As the lead user experience designer, I collaborated closely with a team of UX designers, visual designers, and developers to envision and build a next-generation digital banking experience.
PROBLEM:
Traditional banking methods are outdated and lack personalization. Users often face the inconvenience of visiting a physical bank or using rigid, one-size-fits-all digital services that don’t address their specific needs.
SOLUTION:
Developed an Apple TV app that emulates the experience of interacting with a live bank teller, providing a personalized, anticipatory service tailored to the user’s individual needs—all from the comfort of their home.
