\- Creating and maintaining a multi-brand design system by designing patterns, UI components, documentation, tools, and processes that enable the users of the system to create consistent, accessible, and high quality user experiences across all team.blue brands. 

\- Designing user experiences for customers of multiple brands across Europe and presenting these to stakeholders and iterating through user tests.

\- Front-end development (HTML/Twig & CSS) for the design system.

\- Facilitating the switch from Sketch to Figma
