• Led the design process and product team to help launched the APMHelp client portal on NARPM conference in Oct 2022 🚀🚀🚀

• Managed multiple design projects by creating proof of concept, wireframes and prototypes for a property financing product that caters to multiple property managers and enabled them to streamline leasing, contact, and expense tracking.
• Worked with various stakeholders to identify operational challenges and recommend solutions that enhance team efficiency.
• Helped with multiple digital design tasks such as creating website banners, brochures, and postcards for company events, as well as participating in design ideas for t-shirts and slide decks that target new investors and customers.
• Delivered solution designs within tight deadlines and iterate concepts until they align with the requirements of consumers, partners and stakeholder, as well as product managers, architects and consultants.

• Managed and assisted in launching MZ Online shopping app and website simultaneously in early 2021 by designing e-commerce solution that are aligned with the business objectives, processes in less than 3 months 🚀
• Managed product strategy and identified user-centric expectations or goals by conducting user research and competitive analysis
• Collaborated with the Marketing team and graphic designers to create promotional designs for campaigns and events on various platforms to reach targeted customers
• Conducted design meetings with multidisciplinary teams and worked closely with developers to ensure the design changes can be translated well in the tech solutions

• Designed more than 20 websites and frequently worked on 2 to 3 parallel projects at one time 👩‍💻
• Helped clients launch the core websites tailored to their needs and assist to create best user experiences possible by assembling and assessing business and functional requirements.
• Spearheaded the design-thinking process geared towards producing simple yet user- oriented design elements and prototyping components.
• Participated in front-end coding as well as managing and conducting user acceptance testing to validate that the solution meets the needs and the design has been meticulously transformed into pixel-perfect websites.

• Managed and compiled detailed test plans, test cases and test procedure to ensure thorough testing of the Task Management software 🏆💯
• Assisted the stakeholders and developers to identify software defects in a timely manner for each sprint and releases
• Involved in manual and automated testing of software features and functionalities, ensuring timely resolution of issues and defects.

• Developed upgraded version of Mr. Accounting ERP software (used vb.net for old version, C# for newer version)
• Conducted training and produce user manuals for the end-users of Mr. Accounting and its child-systems including ERP, POS and Payroll softwares
