Worked in an in-house design team for the education technology company RM Education. Handled a huge variety of creative/design requests that come from all areas of the business, which includes Wireframing, Prototyping, User Experience Design (UXD), User Interface Creation (UI) ,responsive web designing, front end development, print design.

UI / UX Engineer

My role within the team is varied but consists generally of a mix of

• User interface design and front-end development

• Webpage integration on leading CMS like Sitecore, Wordpress

• Enabling SEO for analytics and traffic generation

• Print design - banners, brochure and marketing collateral

• Participation in design thinking, user story and planning

• User research to understand the problem, and create solutions

Configuration Lead

1. Provide support to project teams in configuring and base-lining project items.

2. Prepare configuration documentations and maintain Configuration Management (CM) database.

3. Review and recommend improvements to existing CM processes.

4. Maintain data quality, integrity and security of CM database.

5. Schedule audits on CM database and assist in implementing audit recommendations.

6. Maintain proper version controls of software deliverables.
