Why was Maha tracker needed?
A company looking to raise money to create a new coin, app, or service launches an IDO as a way to raise funds and before crowd sale IDO. IDO can happen in different stages like pre-sale, seed-stage, and then crowd sale. A presale/ seed stage IDO event consists of funding from family, friends, investment groups or funds, existing cryptocurrency or venture capital investors, or individual investors, and a crowd sale ICO consists of funding from the general public.
Some founders may choose to do only one round or a combination of any two rounds. after IDO, tracking this fund through token allocation to investors is a cumbersome process. like, who had held tokens for a long time or who is dumping tokens. which can make a huge impact on token prices and future projects. earlier the only solution was to track through making a list of all investors in an excel sheet or something like that but still, we can’t keep track of all the data that we require. so that’s when the idea of MahaTracker was born.
