I landed at Hatch on day 1 to design & build our MVP as our first product/design hire. I worked with a small but mighty cross-functional team of engineers, org psychs & data scientists to validate a new data driven approach to hiring - connecting candidates & teams based on authentic fit.
As our product footprint grew, I went from founding product designer to Head of Product & Design - growing an expert team & owning the roadmap from definition to execution.
Hatch has since connected a community of 20k+ candidates with hundreds of top employers for meaningful work experiences. These are some of my notable achievements building Hatch from scratch:
