2021 — 2022

☀️🍃 Building a 100% renewable energy future. Arcadia is a climate crisis-fighting tech company unlocking access to data and clean energy sources.

As head of the department, I lead a team of managers, designers, and researchers across Arcadia's multiple lines of business (Community Solar and the Arc Platform), along with the internal tools and design systems that enable operations at scale. Some accomplishments include:

• Grew the team from 2 to 9, aligning with PDE leaders on org structure to maximize squad productivity
• Established new team rituals, including hiring practices, product development processes, and documentation norms
• Established new company-wide roadmapping processes alongside PDE leadership
• Launched a new business line, the Arc Platform
• Implemented a new design system used across Arcadia's external and internal digital products

I also led Arcadia's company rebrand (launched Nov 2021) — including an entirely new Arcadia.com that now speaks to Arcadia's suite of offerings — and I oversaw the rollout of the rebrand into our products, applications, and company materials.

💄 Led the Digital Product Design and UX Research teams at Glossier — collaborating with cross-functional leaders in the Digital Product, Growth, Sales, Creative, Community, and Brand groups to build the best place to shop for beauty online.

Executed on strategic design initiatives that could have immediate impact for Glossier's customers and business, along with laying the foundation for long-term scale. Implemented a complete redesign of the Glossier.com homepage, site information architecture, cart/checkout, and established the company's first design system.
