Grant Compass integrates all tools and workflows into a unified web platform, enhancing the speed, quality, and manageability of foundation work. I contributed to product design, UX, and research, as well as lead on multiple design projects.

During my time there, we revolutionized the industry by developing a web platform that streamlined the foundation's operations. This platform integrated administrative tasks, board member activities, and asset management into a unified platform.

The majority of the company was laid off in April.

2019 — 2020

Roskilde Festival is the largest music, art, and activism festival in Northern Europe, with approximately 130,000 attendees. I was responsible for leading and managing the Art & Activism Department, ensuring a comprehensive program for 2020.

During my time there, I assisted in donating approximately 30 million kroner to social and cultural projects. I expanded the team by adding three curators and played a key role in securing internationally renowned artists. Additionally, I contributed to the development of a new cross-disciplinary platform.

The duration was one year, serving as maternity cover.
