NFT ID lets end-users verify credentials through independent providers and mints a non transferrable nft, a.k.a badge, as proof of verification. This allows Service Providers to conduct KYC/AML verification of users, without accessing the user’s credentials and without the need for repeat verifications.

## **How does it work?**

Each badge contains a unique hash of the user’s credentials, which means that it can serve as :

1. A single source of truth for the verification of end-user credentials — our KYC badge is only minted for users who have passed compliance checks through certified providers.

2. A proof-of-uniqueness or identity for preventing Sybil attacks — the owner of a unique set of credentials can only mint one badge for those credentials and that badge can only be with a single wallet at any given time.

## **Will this compromise the user’s identity?**

We are big on anonymity and have taken provably secure measures to ensure that neither the developers, nor third party verification providers can access the user’s credentials or metadata in a way that would compromise the user’s identity. Information about verified data is not tied to the device and no additional crypto wallet is required to verify identity. All information is stored on Ethereum-compatible wallet in the form of an NFT token. Pseudonymous wallets stay pseudonymous.

## **What if the user can no longer access her wallet?**

NFT ID badges can be recovered by a repeat verification of the end-user’s credentials. If the same set of credentials is sent for repeat verification from a different wallet, our smart contract will simply transfer the badge to the new wallet.

I’ve designed the product from scratch, from the idea. My task was to create a web product with a list of Twitter projects, and the ability to sort them and add them to the watchlist. Additional features included the ability to set alerts and project feeds. Launched for 2 months (beta).

## Hypothesis

The best way to succeed in crypto in terms of risk/reward: find promising projects early, before 99% of the people heard about them and take advantage by getting whitelists, free mints, ability to participate in seed/presale rounds, potential retro airdrops.

So, if we create a tool enable to find early projects in twitter (based on ‘smart guys’\* activity), with deep and dynamic metrics, alerts and more, then users will not miss the potential blue chip projects.

## User Stories

Creating a tool that helps users discover new projects on Twitter quickly and efficiently was a major challenge. To create a successful product, it was important to understand how users typically find and interact with new projects.

The process of discovering these projects involves following smart followers, filtering information, and tracking new tweets to find the coveted link in Discord. I’ve interviewed a few smart guys to gain insights into their process of research and investment, and used this information to create a few new features such as notes in the project page and tabs in the watchlist.

* As a crypto investor, I want to quickly and easily explore a lot of new early projects based on ‘smart guys’ followings, with sorting and filtering capabilities.

* As an explorer, I want to be able to sort projects and filter them, add them to my watchlist, and follow them.

* As a follower, I want to receive the most important updates about all projects in one place.

* As a follower, I want to be able to set alerts to be sent to Telegram (Chat/Channel) or Discord Server with updates.

* As a follower, I want to research project metrics in depth and have the opportunity to join the project and invest.

* As an investor, I want to have enough information to understand when to buy and sell assets.

Overall, the goal of the product was to help users find promising projects early and take advantage of exclusive opportunities like whitelists and free mints.

The user's flow turns out to be this: the users (crypto) find fresh (new) twitter accounts of projects with a couple of hundred people subscribed to them. They are helped in this by the subscriptions of other **smart followers (degens**). Once they find them (often there is no information about the project yet) they need to follow it. However, when there are more than 10 projects this becomes quite a challenge. You have to keep track of new tweets, filter information and wait for the coveted link in discord. Usually, the most important thing happens in discord: active users are given roles, which allow them to get on the whitelist.

## The primary screen displays a list of projects

With metrics such as **project score**, **smart followers**, and **date of discovery**. This screen was designed to be transparent and obvious so that users would understand which functions they need to pay for in the product's **paid version.**

On this screen, users must quickly decide (in a few seconds) whether to add the project to the watch list. I was passionate about making the process of interacting with projects as fast as possible, as users need this (based on conversations with them).

That's why I enabled users to go directly to the project's Twitter from this screen and insisted that the user have a single watchlist, even though the team initially wanted multiple watchlists. A single watchlist allows users to click the add (+) button once, whereas multiple watchlists would require users to click the add (+) button, then select the list or create one, etc.

## Project page

The project page replicates the general UI of Twitter with a cover, avatar, and description at the top. To make the process of interacting with projects as fast as possible, we made it possible to go directly to the project's Twitter page from this screen, and added a single watchlist for quicker access.

We also added a new metric, 'since we found', which was designed to highlight the primary advantage of the tool and have a marketing impact. Additionally, in the 'Smart Followers' section, we designed a bridge between Discover and Moni's Portfolio Tracker so that users could access wallets of smarts directly.

My first product was the starting point for my journey into web3. As the sole designer, I was responsible for rethinking and understanding how users track their wallets.

During my 3 years at Moni, my role included designing the entire product from scratch, conducting research, creating UI/UX layouts (iOS, Android, Web), branding, developing marketing materials, designing websites and having numerous other ideas that still linger in my Figma files.

Moni helps users to quickly add wallets, provide detailed analytics, and track the performance of each wallet user with the 'Trading Score' metric. Additionally, users can track NFT collections, set up alerts, and monitor market activity.

Backed by **1inch Network**, **Synthetix**, **3Commas**, **Incrypted**, **cp0x**; **Atlantis** **World**, **Symbiosis**, **Soulbounds**, **OogaVerse**, **Upshot.xyz**, etc.

## User Stories

In order to make sure Moni is a useful and convenient tool, we created user stories to ensure that it meets the needs of users. We identified three main categories of users that would benefit from using Moni:

1. **Investors:** As an investor, I need a convenient way to track my wallets, as well as those of others. I need a simple way to quickly and easily evaluate the performance of my portfolios, and compare them to those of other users.

2. **Collectors:** As a collector I need a way to keep track of my NFT collections and monitor the market for new NFTs.

3. **Hodlers:** As a hodler I need to be able to set up alerts and stay up-to-date with the latest market information.

By covering all three of these user types, Moni provides a comprehensive portfolio tracking tool that meets the needs of all users.

## Rethinking how and what for degens\* use portfolio tracker

Created two separate groups: 'My Portfolio' on the top with total value and 'Watchlist' on the bottom for wallets not owned by the user. Subsequently, other competitors followed suit. Furthermore, the easiest way to add wallets in two clicks was created. An input area was based on the bottom for the fastest way to reach the goal ([Fitts's law](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fitts%27s_law)).

\***degens** - scientists disagree on theories. However, I would characterize them as PRO crypto users. They works in "all win or all loss" formula.

## ‘Trading Score’ is an in-depth and simple way to evaluate a wallet portfolio.

This analytics tool was invented before a similar product, [degenscore.com](http://degenscore.com/), appeared. It works by having the user add their wallet and see a score from 0% to 100%, based on good and bad deals\*. This score is divided into several sections for convenience. These sections are named after nicknames known to members of the crypto-community (our main target audience): pleb - those who put money in and lose it (beginners), ape - middle class, degen - thoughtlessly “all-in” into different projects, gets the rekt, but once ride out in a brand new Lambo\*\*. This metric forms the basis for creating social leaderboards based on each user's wallet performance.

\***good deals** in crypto are offers that will benefit you financially, while **bad deals** in crypto are offers that will not benefit you financially. Profitable and non-profitable trades\
\*\***When Lambo** is a term used in the crypto communities to refer to the point at which someone becomes financially successful enough to buy a Lamborghini sports car. There’s no consensus why exactly Lambo.

## Onboarding in the Moni

As a designer of user interfaces, my goal is to create a seamless and intuitive experience for the user. I strive to make the interface self-explanatory and easy to understand without the need for instructions. All features should also be easily discoverable within the interface.

The user who downloaded the app from the AppStore/GooglePlay already knows what it is for, so there was no need to duplicate information from the stores. However, it was necessary to get the user interested and to show them all the functionality and features. That's why we added a Demo Wallet to the first (primary) screen, which increased the "adding portfolio" action by up to 127% and 1 day retention up to 24%.

## Separate multichain portfolio tracking

Users can have an Ethereum wallet that supports Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, and other EVM networks. This means they can use one address for all networks, and have separate portfolios for each network: one for Ethereum, one for BSC, and one for Polygon, for example.

This is important because each network has its own explorer (blockchain), transactions, coins, and NFTs. Other portfolio trackers either summarize the value of the entire portfolio or don't provide deep analytics. In Moni, we split them.

You can also see the 'Trading Score' in the preview. The metrics show that users track 20% of their wallets, compared to 80% of other people's wallets. That's why we preview the score on the portfolio main page.

## NFT tracking as new way to trade and interact

I had the opportunity to work on an exciting feature: NFT tracking. I rethought how users want to view their collections in their portfolio. Other portfolio trackers either showed a list of all NFTs in a row or collections without detailed data, but we put a strong focus on the user's collection.

User feedback revealed that it's more important for users to see the progress of a collection than a single NFT, as their net cost can be the same.

Additionally, I believe I created the most visually appealing way to display NFTs alongside powerful metrics.

*Unfortunately, a huge part of that is still in development.*

## Alerts

Alerts are an important part of Moni's portfolio tracking tool, providing users with a convenient way to stay up-to-date with the latest market information. I designed Moni's alert features to have a simple and intuitive interface, so users can quickly and easily set up alerts to notify them when their desired conditions are met. Users have the option to set up price and volume alerts, as well as alerts for when new NFTs become available. These alerts can be set up for specific wallets, coins, or collections, giving users a powerful way to stay informed and make better decisions.

## Design System + Ecosystem

I developed a comprehensive design system for Moni based on the native guidelines of each platform (iOS and Android), **despite the fact that the app is developed on React Native.** Design system allows us to create a consistent experience across all platforms, while still taking advantage of the native features available on each platform. This ensures that the user experience is optimized for each platform, and that the user has a familiar, easy-to-use interface. Additionally, this design system allows us to create a unique product that stands out from the competition.

Moni web3 portfolio tracker

**Company DAO** (in development) is a decentralised autonomous organisation for setting up and managing legal entities and it allows you to tokenise companies and any IRL assets owned by those companies, such as real estate, intellectual property rights, securities, etc. 

**Role:** Designed product from scratch. 

**Hypothesis:** Users need a secure, private, and trustless way to manage their companies and assets. The interface should be user-friendly and provide quick and detailed information. The Company DAO Telegram bot should allow members and event participants to receive notifications about events, launch events, and access information about companies. It should also provide an easy-to-use form to launch Token Generation Events and Proposal events.
