Built a scalable knowledge hub that is employed across multiple teams and used in the onboarding process

Created a reusable onboarding checklist + template in Miro that has scaled to every role in the company

Devised a company-wide L&D plan with role out strategy that includes curriculum that spans multiple levels of experience from entry-level to leadership roles

Pioneered a new project database to track details of all ongoing projects, including: project overview & goals, client background information, financials (estimated budget vs actuals, estimated weeks vs actuals, investment), teams, status, agreements & outages, schedules & milestones and documentation.
