I led multiple creative projects each year, emphasizing strong client engagement and project and team management. My goal was to democratize design for our clients and team members through close cultivation and direction, process alignment, creative visioning, and delivery.

With a high focus on the user and engagement at every level, I concentrated on setting the intention for the project with client workshops, user research, sketch sessions, and agile story mapping and road map planning sessions. I was involved with in-house to startup to enterprise-level clients and enjoyed the challenges each type of client brought.

I directed the overall design strategy and brought all teams into a cohesive working relationship, including design, UX, content strategy, and development. I ensured that design objectives matched strategic business goals on the customer and end-user sides and set the overall vision for each project company-wide. I enjoyed leading our teams and fine-tuning processes to create a better product for each client.
