Work Experience
Led the research and development of BPMS Jetti Operation. The system was created for managers of fast food chains. The product combined the functions of analysis and administration of the POS system, including a database of staff and work schedules, composition of menus and dishes, control over their preparation, delivery and feedback to the customer.
This allowed us to have a good understanding of situations at fast food outlets in real time, evaluate statistics of current situations, generate reports and forecast expected operational results.

Create UX/UI design for iOS and Android apps based on analysis of competitive mobile niches in app stores. We identified a number of shortcomings in existing products through UX research, implemented in our design and added new features to make them more user-friendly and efficient for users.
The well-functioning distribution of roles and responsibilities in the team allowed us to effectively define project goals, ideal MVP deliverables, and organize these activities into a roadmap. After the release of the apps, we conducted A/B tests of the creatives in the marketplaces, improving the user experience with movements and animations in the interfaces. We also built hypotheses based on analytics data in favor of further product development.

Led the design of the CRM/BPM system Agent24. The product was created for the interaction of private professional community of realtors with renting, buying and selling different types of real estate.
According to the requirements specification we created the UX/UI design of the web application, prepared adaptive layouts for implementation and performed the design review.
