Work Experience
• Conceptualised and delivered the viral Corporate Jungle Personality Quiz that garnered over 65,000 completions within 13 days of release (go.gov.sg/animal-quiz)
• Crafted microsites for 2 major NLB events (PRESSPLAY and THRIVE@libraries), accumulating over 15,000 site views
• Produced a 3-episode educational video series aimed at sharing practical career tips, featuring speakers such as Bill Burnett (author of Designing Your Life)
• Built SearchSG, a Search-as-a-Service for government content, with a team of 16 consisting of designers, developers, and product managers
• Delivered design for 2 new UI features (tabs and skeleton states) from conception to interactive Figma prototype; added to design system
• Organized ideation workshop for 3 government agencies to identify user motivations and pain points
• Developed Singtel's business e-shop revamp alongside a team of 5 consisting of designers, business analysts and product owner
• Redesigned 3 UI features (tabs, cards, chips) and implemented them in all relevant user flows
• Led design for user guide feature and its style guidelines after conducting competitor analysis
• Drafted lo-fidelity wireframes for 2 features (dashboard and content creation) for the SME Digital Advisor project on Miro
• Reviewed company’s existing website, wireframed, designed hi-fidelity mockups for new website
• Expanded website by 10+ pages and conceptualized 4 new features, About, Blog, Account, and Connect
• Improved existing main features to streamline product purchasing and enhance readability
Volunteering
• Built and scaled the design team from 1 to 4 and led and mentored the designers
• Designed social media posts and other marketing collaterals for 30+ Advisory events, with a total of 6000+ attendees across all events
