I am 21 y/o Engineering Student based out of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
🎓 I'm pursuing B.Tech. in Electronics and Telecommunications from the Government College of Engineering Nagpur, currently in my final year.
Interested in pursuing an MBA after graduation.

📚 I am currently learning about Product Management and Design.
I want to create products/projects that have a real impact.
I am exploring new fields and trying to upskill myself daily. Being active in communities helps me a lot with that.
I like to read and watch videos about New Technologies, Travel, Interior design, and Cinematography. Trying to learn Guitar in my free time.

- Technical Head for STTP (Dec'21 - Jan'22)
STTP which is the Teacher's training program was conducted at our college. It was a national event sponsored by AICTE-ISTE, which was a refresher program for faculties of education in the area of electronics and telecommunications.
I was the Technical Lead for the STTP coordination. It was an online event, and the team had to work from campus. - Adhyaaya, GCOE Nagpur
Adhyaaya is the national-level technical fest of our college
> 2022 - Creativity and Decoration Co-Head
Headed the entire team for creativity and decoration of the college for the fest.

Work Experience
Worked on a project in stealth by brainstorming numerous Growth Strategies.
Grew a community from 70 to 5000+
This includes 3 different WhatsApp communities due to the limit of 2000
• Used various WhatsApp Tools for Acquisition channels.
• Tried different Instagram and LinkedIn hacks for growth.
• Also worked on Engagement strategies.
Documented all the statistics and numbers and Excel sheets and learned a lot more about Analytics.
Bluelearn is a student community focused on Skill building and entrepreneurship. I joined BlueLearn at a very early stage where the community size was 1000 and now it's grown to 70,000+
I conduct various Events like

• Live QnA sessions
• Hackathons/Ideathons
• Quizzes
• Gaming Tournaments
Apart from that, I've been moderating the Discord server with 54k+ members. Managing the community and increasing engagement are on my task list.
We try to bring in more Innovation to fill in the gaps in the formal education system.
As a core team member, I am getting exposure to work closely with Tech, Design, and Product Team.
Adhyaaya is the national-level technical fest of my college (Government College of Engineering, Nagpur).
I was an executive team member and the CO-HEAD of CREATIVITY & DECORATION.
My task was to decorate the whole college and come up with creative solutions to onsite issues.

It was a national event sponsored by AICTE-ISTE, which was a refresher program for faculties of education in the area of electronics and telecommunications. We had more than 50 participants, and 16 world-renowned resource people, including professors from Southampton, UK.
I was the Technical Lead for the STTP coordination. It was an online event, and the team had to work from campus.
Volunteering
It is a non-profit organization and I’m working on ‘Rekan’ which is a ‘volunteer networking and community learning hub’
