I am a business analyst for a special education software company. I help stakeholders define their product needs, write story requirements, and design UX prototypes for new features and enhancements.
Work Experience
Collaborated with the n2y Business Analyst team and other stakeholders in analyzing business requirements, identifying technical dependencies, and translating the user needs into stories with acceptance criteria to inform the product roadmap and define the product backlog.
Ran QA on Diocesan web-page and subdomains to test front-end and back-end themes and libraries. This included working with the webdev to co-author child-themes in Wordpress to achieve a well-designed UX for website visitors.
Used GravityView and Excel to perform data-analysis to interpret metrics for driving attendance to conferences and events. Evaluated key demographics, event timing, and event locations to improve attendance over three years.
Regularly pushed updates to the Diocesan website and managed the digital content of ten different departments in the Education Vicariate.
Basic IT troubleshooting, network security, helpdesk, and workstation upgrades. Authored web pages for the Youth Ministry program.
Provided first level technical support at the Help Desk in offering technical assistance for faculty, staff and students primarily via telephone. Additional walk-in support as needed.
