I am currently pursuing dual majors in Technology & Information Design (UX/UI) and Immersive Media Design (AR/VR) at the University of Maryland, College Park. Previously, I interned at Apple as a Human Interface Designer on the Video Apps team. I am now exploring full-time opportunities.

Sole Design Intern on the Video Apps Team (Final Cut Pro, Final Cut Camera, iMovie, and Clips), where I designed AI concepts, human interfaces, interactions, and iconography, and established user flows for iOS, iPadOS, macOS, and visionOS.

Completed 5 projects and presented to the VP and Directors of Services, leading to further development/planned shipping in 2025.

Selected among 100 students for the externship program with Snapchat and Extern to gain knowledge on how to build a successful lens utilizing Snap’s Lens Studio.

Developed an AR lens focused on the theme "Sports that Bring Us Together" by creating a time capsule-like memory portal where users walkthrough their captures they had at games.

Chosen as one of seven students who had one of the top lenses in the program, I presented my lens to the Snap AR team.

Gained an understanding of how to meet client needs to enhance user engagement and retention by focusing on the storytelling behind it.

Selected as the sole Product Designer where I created user flows to meet product needs and 500+ wireframes (from low to high-fidelity).

1 of 45 students selected to join the first cohort of xFoundry: a program that combines coursework, competition, and multidisciplinary collaboration to address a real-world challenge.

The Competition Domain revolves around school safety, with the responsibility of designing a solution to detect and notify key personnel of an active shooter threat on a school campus.

Actively participating in various activities, including prototyping, brainstorming, interviewing, co-designing, debating, bonding, preparing, learning, and building with the team.

Learned how to develop and monetize games on Zepeto using Unity during the 10 Week Fellowship Program

Collaborated with Professor Ian McDermott and three other students on groundbreaking research using AR technology to aid visually impaired individuals in art comprehension via Microsoft HoloLens (and future integration with Apple Vision Pro and Quest 3).

Conducted 10 user interviews with experts in HCI, AR/VR design, and the Deaf Services Division to gather valuable insights for the research study and led user research on visually impaired behavior related to haptic feedback and spatial audio/awareness.
