Designed the platform for modern brands to intelligently manage and collaborate on inventory and orders.

1. Strategised & designed the Optimiser(MVP) on Razorpay Dashboard which resulted to be one of the fastest product to cross 1000cr at Razorpay.

2. Led the end-to-end merchant experience of payments, refunds, and settlements.

Being the 1st in-house Product Designer at FamPay, I worked closely with the leadership and engineering teams to build their MVP which includes P2P & P2M payment, family management, social feed of transactions, card management, and transaction management experience for their Android app.

Worked on the MVP of Bolo APP. My role was to optimise the user flows and increase user retention. I also did user interviews and competitors analysis to explore new opportunities.

1. Worked on the bank section of the Paytm App. My role was to understand the need of Banking apps in India and revamp the existing experience to make it more intuitive to users.
2. I also got an opportunity to conduct user interviews in Delhi NCR for Accept Payment feature in Paytm App.

Created patient management dashboard for small hospitals. My role was to identify and define the problems faced by the doctors to manage patients in the hospital.
