We turned lemons into lemonade!
Mirror is a cross-platform solution. The main focus was to integrate it with our hardware solution. The newest platform aimed to realize the potential of reflection in classrooms through AI.
We were buzzing with excitement after presenting our initial product idea. However, post-user testing during the conference revealed certain limitations. Undeterred, we saw an opportunity to craft something truly special.
Interviews
After getting a lot of feedback from the conference we contacted a lot of users and conducted numerous usability tests to refine our designs iteratively. Every screen underwent redesigns and iterations until our team collectively felt we had reached the ideal solution. Our testing spanned from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring comprehensive assessment at each stage of development.
The challenge? Reimagine the entire product while seamlessly integrating it with existing, thousands of dollars marketing video. Time and budget were tight, but as designers, we thrive on constraints!

With the design team, we embarked on a whirlwind of creative exploration. We leveraged the existing video, dissecting its visuals and messaging to find synergy with the new concept. Each brainstorming session was a collaborative sprint, pushing boundaries and refining ideas. We worked closely with the CEO and Product team. It was a wild ride of design thinking, fuelled by coffee and late-night inspiration.

This project was a testament to the power of research, adaptability, collaboration, and design thinking under pressure. It's a reminder that limitations can breed innovation and that a strong team can achieve remarkable things when faced with unexpected challenges. I'm incredibly proud of the creativity and dedication displayed by my design team throughout this journey. We created an experience around AI, saved more than 1 million dollars, and launched an incredible product.
