It was an incredibly exciting experience. With just five days to create a tangible product, I collaborated with individuals I had never worked with before. While there were no limits, the ultimate goal was to ensure that our product would be beneficial either for the company or for people.
It was an enriching experience where I had the freedom to implement all the ideas I had collected beforehand.
The primary challenge we faced was time. While five days may seem insufficient for design and development, I believe such time constraints actually drive innovation and competitiveness, pushing us to achieve our goals efficiently and surpass competitors.
Another significant challenge was collaborating with new individuals.
As a genuine startup, we chose to tackle a problem close to home: how to make cooking enjoyable and easy.
Before diving into design, I extensively researched competitors in the learning space, analyzing UX patterns, UI aesthetics, and interactions. This helped identify effective strategies and refine our product to ensure an optimal customer experience.
Design Iterations
During the design process, I conducted numerous usability tests to refine our designs. Each screen underwent iterative redesigns until the team was satisfied with the outcome. We tested the designs across various fidelity levels, from low sketches to high-fidelity prototypes.
