I lead the design efforts at Troolog - An emerging company out of Africa with the mission of empowering organizations to have better control over their employee and customer experience. Worked on two (2) innovative products namely:
● Designed the v1 of Servepoint - An online platform for local
Supermarkets and shops, simplifying shopping the experience for
consumers.
● Designed the v1 of Outpost: Troolog’s SAAS enterprise solution for gathering Social Media feedback for businesses.

• Design: I lead a highly skilled and motivated design team in building tabtap SHOP; An easy-to-use digital inventory and book-keeping app for small businesses in Africa. This solution is currently being used by small business in Nigeria, Malawi and Ivory Coast. I’m currently working on the redesign and relaunch of the tabtap SHOP app in more african countries.

• UX Research: I designed questionnaires, research materials and conducted field research through tabtap SHOP for global organizations (TUMI, GIZ, Allianz) seeking to get developmental data e.g. Transportation, Electricity consumption etc. from hard to reach areas in Africa. I lead the user research team to interview our users - Shop owners. We held group discussions at ikorodu, F2F interviews in select locations in Lagos and Malawi, ran Social media ads on FB etc. We then utilized the insights from the User research to inform our design strategies and goals. We crafted user goals, empathy maps, user flows and journeys which in turn transformed into low and high-fidelity mockups, App navigation/sitemaps, wireframes, mock-ups, prototypes etc.
