About
Im experienced UX/UI designer in the IT services company. The beggining of my journey in the field started as a web designer with html/css/js support. I have graduated with the engineer degree in IT science with specializations in App development and masters degree in Image processing.
Currently I work at ING hubs Poland as a senior designer creating the strategy and designs from the definition to implementation phase. I'm experienced in diving into complicated IT domains and translating them to modern web expectations.
I help not only with the reaserch and designs, but also I'm passionate about good UX writing, leading users to their goal with seamless narrative.
As a creative soul I'm also passionate about illustration and brand design.

Figma, Axure, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, Balsamiq, Matomo, Affinity Designer.
Work Experience
As additional activities I have opportunity for cooperations in different design fields - from UX/UI to brand design.
My main responsibilities are
UX from reaserch to designs. I had opportunities to facilitate workshops with international participants, and be a SPOC for complex IT processes.
UI - as a designer for internal systems, I work with ready design systems and guidelines. Having a little to none opportunities to create something unique. But taking part in events like hackathons gives a chance to practice creativity in that area also.
Leading and strategy - being in company for long time I had possibilities to be a leader in guilds and initiatives, where I found myself to feel really comfortable. Clear and open communication is very important to me, just as giving all involved people the sense of control.
Additional graphic support - preparing visually engaging infographics, illustrations and logotypes. The world where all products are internal, creates a specific ecosystem where many fields overlap. Being passionate about creativity, I didn't mind to being asked for help with business presentations, team brand creation or preparing the t-shirt design for company gift to employees.
Mentoring/teaching - we often find ourselves to be a mentor for people who are interested in UX area. Thanks to internal tutorship/learning program, I had opportunities to conduct trainings and practice workshops for people with different lvl of ux knowledge.

I've workwd with Microsoft mobile development, 3d Image design in Blender tool, we learned to process images in Matlab software.
As my Masters thesis I worked on explaining the possibilities to use 3D image processing to visualize 2D brand designs.
Specialty in Internet applications development. We got to know basics in Computer science, IT, mobile app development, web design and programming, along with database management.
