• Directing the UX strategy for our Learning interaction innovation team, focusing on enhancing learner engagement through evidence-based online experiences, driving universal design practices, and ensuring exceptional value delivery to customers
• Led the course design UX strategic thinking to maintain a cohesive experience across all EVERFI product lines.
• Ideate user experience improvement that can be scaled across product lines.
• Mentor and support other UX Designers and Product Designers.
• Help align business goals with the end-user needs while keeping in mind platform capabilities.
• Created documentation that defines the stages of our product building process, the relationships between departments, and dependencies, and gives visibility to identify possible bottlenecks.
• Co-led the research and design to optimize our course product building process by creating templates that allow us to build in a more efficient and scalable way.

• Led information architecture and UX design for our Everfi's design system, Elements.
• Redesigned and implemented new processes to streamline our wireframing workflow and reduced our delivery time by 50%.

• Led the UX/UI design for a platform that manages and tracks meaningful in-person financial education and community service events.
• Co-led UX/UI redesign of multiple platforms into a single unified one that serviced our customers
• Designed internal tools that help Customer Success better assist our clients.
• Lead Interaction Designer for 3DR's drone application and features, such as Smart Shots, Multi-point Cable Cam, and Saving/Loading Flight Paths.
• Led UX and interaction design for an application aimed at enterprise customers called Site Scan.
