bStorm was a product-driven mobile development agency that partnered with globally recognized companies such as Coca-Cola, Deloitte, Societe Generale Bank with the aim to develop and turn ideas into compelling, custom-made solutions with innovative user experience. In 2022, bStorm was acquired by Quantox Technology.

Responsibilities:

· Worked closely with clients and managers to understand their ideas and transform into impactful digital solutions, leveraging user needs analysis; part of a three-person design team.

· Designed and delivered innovative solutions for startup projects while enhancing complex features for high-profile clients.

· Played an important role in defining product experience direction of multiple projects, collaborating with managers and product owners to brainstorm and shape the roadmap and features.

2024
Truckfix 2.0 at Truckfix Inc.

Truckfix connects drivers, fleet managers, and carriers with trusted repair service providers, streamlining reservations and enhancing the overall repair journey. The focus has been on introducing a completely new branding and elevating the product’s interface and experience to bring a modern, user-centered, and data driven approach to the trucking repair industry. This ongoing project aims to transform outdated industry standards, replacing traditional methods with a fresh, intuitive, and efficient digital experience.

Focused on reimagining Kisi’s mobile experience across iOS, Android, and wearable devices. By taking a user-centered and data-driven approach, the goal was to deliver an intuitive, efficient, and visually cohesive digital product that will also reflect Kisi's core values. This process included refining design systems, introducing new features, and streamlining interactions while ensuring consistency across all platforms. With a focus on usability and design clarity, the result is a seamless experience that empowers users to securely manage access effortlessly.

Saltbox OS is the digital entry point to all Saltbox services. It serves to simplify and abstract away the complexity of modern logistics. With a couple of taps members can access the main entryways to their warehouse space and request logistics services such as eForce flexible labor, Fulfillment and short-term Flex Storage.

Savour redefined culinary experiences by seamlessly connecting hosts, chefs, and guests, transforming dining tables into vibrant spaces for meaningful connections and shared moments. The process focused on creating a user-centered interface and experience, carefully tailored to meet the evolving market needs. A cohesive design system was built to support consistency and scalability of both mobile and web platforms. Strategic inputs from Bob Baxley (ex. Director of Design at Apple) provided valuable guidance on refining the product user experience and enhancing its usability. Collaboration with Peter Gregson Studio resulted a modern and minimal visual identity that reflects core values throughout the product. Savour’s impact was recognized beyond the product itself, earning features in The New York Times and Guest of a Guest.

The project evolved dynamically, overcoming multiple challenges as we adapted to shifting user needs, market analysis, and evolving business models. Product strategy, market insights, and company direction were shaped by Alex Covic, Ivica Đurđević (NOA), and founder Ronnie Madra, whose extensive experience in hospitality brought invaluable perspective, ensuring the product met both user expectations and business goals.
