I joined Zora as a designer in July 2022 and had the privilege of collaborating closely with the members of the founding team: Dai, Ethan, Jacob, and Slava.

One of my key responsibilities at Zora was to design the filters on zora.co, which was primarily an NFT marketplace at the time, much like many others in the industry. Additionally, I worked on enhancing the search flow, profile, collection, and NFT pages.

In addition to these tasks, I actively participated in various other initiatives at Zora. This included contributing to the development of web and native apps, as well as being involved in creating the Nouns Builder project.

I was incredibly fortunate to have joined Zora as one of the early hires during its rapid growth phase. It was truly remarkable to be part of this transformative journey, seeing firsthand how the project evolved while pursuing its main goal: bringing independent creators onchain.

What began as a freelance project collaborating with Jarrad, the founder of Status, quickly evolved into a significant opportunity. Within a few months, I made a decision to leave my current job and joined Status as the Head of Design. As the company expanded, I had the privilege of leading a team of seven exceptionally skilled designers in an organisation that would later grow to over 100 employees.

During my time at Status, I had the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of design projects. From designing websites, iOS and Android apps to being actively involved in design hiring and assisting the marketing team with merchandising design, I immersed myself in every aspect of the design process.

Having spent over three years at Status, I can confidently say that it was an exceptional experience for me. I got a chance to work side by side with incredibly talented individuals from diverse backgrounds around the globe.
Being a part of the Status team continuously pushed the boundaries of my knowledge and skills.
