Projects

2024

Rejoining Fibery to bridge marketing and product design, I led initiatives that increased visitor-to-lead conversion by 34% through a strategic homepage redesign focused on authentic product presentation and clear positioning. As a product designer in growth team, I developed features like pricing limits and referral programs while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Working with marketers, developers, and copywriters, I helped increase monthly visitors by 10% through improved educational content and transparent product messaging. The work established a coherent user journey from the first website visit through product onboarding, maintaining consistent design language between marketing materials and product interface.

2024

Driving wCards to create the first payment platform exclusively for football fans, evolving it from concept to mobile app launch in six months. Initially I established a scalable multi-theming system that enabled unlimited brand customizations while maintaining core banking functionality. In the second phase I led a team of three designers to deliver key features including branded payment cards, wallet integration with Apple/Google Pay, and a comprehensive rewards system for club-specific perks, gamification, and match center. The project resulted in a banking app that combined secure financial operations with unique brand opportunities, setting a foundation for partnerships.

2023

I joined Fibery, a work management platform challenging established tools like Notion and ClickUp, to evolve their product design and development workflow. I streamlined the feature delivery process by implementing adjustments directly in code alongside creating specifications and interfaces, enhancing complex functionalities including permissions systems, navigation, and sharing—particularly solving intricate access control challenges for enterprise customers. As one of two designers supporting a twenty-person engineering team, I contributed to evolving the design system by synchronizing components between implementation and design tools, eliminating code duplication, and improving documentation.

2021

I partnered with Intergiro to transform their B2B banking platform serving thousands of companies. Leading design across multiple product streams, I evolved the customer portal from a basic interface into a comprehensive banking solution, introducing key features like bulk payments and granular permissions management. This required creating a unified design system that standardized the experience across customer portal, merchants portal, backoffice, and mobile apps. Working alongside the CEO and CPO, I guided a team of three designers supporting a 100-person engineering organization, establishing design processes and conducting workshops to align development and design efforts.

2019

I led Hancom Office's integration with AWS WorkDocs, creating a web interface that brought desktop functionality to the cloud while aligning with Amazon's design system. The project involved developing a complete visual language with 800+ custom icons and managing collaboration with the South Korean development team. I later built and coordinated a cross-functional team of seven specialists to support European and American market entry, developing the website, help center, and crafting marketing materials for company's presence at AWS re:Invent.

I decided to leave Programming in favor of Design. Later I realized that the knowledge I had gained in this field gave me a competitive advantage, but I have no regrets.
