Gave a masterclass to the American Express Design Guild on accessibility.

Taught the entire Stark team how to do UX research!
Gave a lecture with a coworker on design thinking and how to implement it in your day-to-day to a group of JP Morgan Chase patent holders.
This talk was given a second time to over 200 Chase employees.
Work Experience
Employee 4
Lead designer – I led design on Stark’s flagship product, Stark for Mac. As the first designer on the product, and first product design hire at the company, I was responsible for user flows, journey maps, UI designs, and component libraries.
Increased MAU – As a team we overhauled all of Stark’s tools in every plugin, increasing MAU +42%. This initiative also increased the number of daily sessions +29%.
Conducted research – Sourced participants and conducted several rounds of research to inform product decisions for Stark for Mac.
Multi-platform design – Designed Stark for Chrome, establishing new UI paradigms that would permeate the rest of the Stark suite of tools. Over 8,000 installs, 4.5 star rating.
Community building – Engaged with the Stark and accessibility community answering questions about best practices and how best to use Stark as an expert in design and accessibility.
Design advocacy – Taught a masterclass, created video content, blog posts, and Twitter threads on accessibility and how to use Stark’s products and offerings.
Worked on a mental health mobile app for a foundation you’ve definitely heard of, but I can't talk about 🤐
Mission critical launches – Solved hard-to-crack problems for our customers and clinical teams including the rollout of x-rays per new California regulation, a comprehensive customer journey overhaul for Dental Monitoring, and a new back-end user management dashboard.
Mobile app overhaul – Completely redesigned the in-treatment experience for the mobile app to be useful, clear, and give customers easy access to support. Raised our App Store rating from 2.9 to 4.3 stars.
Design systems – Overhauled the type scale, championed using opacity for type, and restructured the grid system.
Worked on a super team of strategist and researchers as the resident product designer. Designed tools that enable everyday people to begin setting and achieving tangible financial goals.
Telling the customer’s story – Defined and created user journeys in the form of storyboards, high-level journey maps, and animations to communicate the rich stories of customers to teams across the company.
Design advocate – Taught design thinking workshops and presented on design across lines of business.
UX Research – Prepared materials and prototypes, and conducted research using various qualitative discovery methodologies.
