Senior Product Designer at Reddit
- Headed the redesign and launch for Reddit Search used by 50 million users daily. The redesign improved customer satisfaction score by 15.6%, ads revenue by 2.7% and saw an increase of post detail pages by 1.2%. The work was featured in AdWeek & TechCrunch
- Pioneered the Channels project across multiple teams to help drive retention and lower platform leakage to competitors like Discord. The preliminary results indicated that about 65,000 users leave the platform weekly and go to places like Discord and Telegram
- Led the strategic design and research for Creators on Reddit and designed a feed unit to aggregate multiple posts into one. This increased text post contributions by 1.3% per user and image post contributions by 2.4% per user
- Oversaw the design and research of the curation tools dashboard. The dashboard helped improve the accuracy of subreddit classifications from 80% to ~100% and helped identify over 400 subreddit involution of Reddit’s policies
