Work Experience
Currently leading design at Gantri's Marketplace, I focus on enhancing the customer experience, aligning features with business objectives, and crafting our brand identity. I manage the design system and collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams. Additionally, I help establish our customer data analytics and direct customer research and interviews.
Led product design for the Osmo Parent App, enhancing usability and personalizing content. I revamped the onboarding process and optimized the app dashboard for better parental data analytics, resulting in an average of 10.2% increase in weekly average users (WAU) and a 5% rise in first-time user sign-ups. Additionally, I collaborated extensively with multiple teams to integrate the product within the Osmo ecosystem.
